What we do
- The findings and conclusions presented in our reports are based chiefly on insights gained through interviews with industry participants.
- We use an unstructured, conversational style interviewing technique; we do not rely on structured questionnaires nor do we conduct telemarketing surveys.
- Our approach is to interview a representative sample of large, medium and small potential customers to identify differences in buying practices, product preferences and other factors that may vary as a function of size. Similarly, we interview suppliers of all sizes to obtain their views of competitors, industry dynamics and trends, market size and segments and other issues.
- Our focus is on manufacturers that utilize chemicals or materials as an integral part of their operations.
